- Annie Shattuck - The Fitness Zone Zumba/Zumba Gold at Noon
- Starting October 12, the walking program will feature:
Coach Nic of Nix Tri Planet will be providing "Saunter at Noon"
We will circuit, gait, hike, jaunt, march, pace, parade, perambule, peregrinate, promenade, ramble, saunter, schlepp, step, stretch, stride, stroll, tour, traipse, tramp, tread and then turn around at the 1 mile point to do it all over again!
On Monday Wednesday and Fridays @ noon - all Saunterers will meet up with Coach Nic @ the Concierge Desk at Towne Square next to the Claim Jumper and in the proximity of the playground.
These walks will be inspiring, based on interesting conversation from all participants, building on the community at large, their interests and what they'd like to see happen with their Vegas Community with respect to health and wellness.
I will provide these walks as long as there are walkers. Rain or shine, wind or calm....the walks shall prevail!
Please note:- All walks will be 'inspiring' and 'positive' in nature without catering to religious beliefs.
- There will not be talk of the health care reform or the political pundits and the interests of those who agree or disagree with the current administration.
- The walks are purely for ENJOYMENT to release the toxins from the b ody and engage in lively and positive conversation with your friends.

Adopt a Soldier
Yogis Unite is proud to adopt 11 air men and women with the 820th Red Horse Squadron! This unique engineering crew is being deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan as we speak. Many of them are being deployed for the third and fourth time. Yogis Unite will meet once a month to bake cookies and prepare care packages for our adopted troops. We also invite all yogis to email and write letters to these fine folks. If you are a teacher, consider involving your class in this community project!!

Sharon,
I sincerely thank you and your group for everything you are doing and will do. I will try my best to keep you informed about what we're doing over there. As I stated on the phone, we have a great mission and will be incredibly busy over there, so there should be lots of information to pass along.
Thanks again for everything. We have training in Wisconsin first, so I may not be able to write you until we get into theater, which should be the beginning of Oct.
Steve
